I had a pleasant stay at Aha Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel overall. The location was fantastic since it was close to major attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien street. However, my experience with the reception staff was a bit inconsistent, with one particular staff member leaving a less than favorable impression. Despite some minor issues like room size, the affordable pricing made it a decent choice for my trip.

The room was small but clean, though there were minor issues like shower water leakage. Overall, it was manageable for my stay.
Service

While most staff were warm, particularly one young man who always smiled and helped with breakfast, the reception service was hit or miss. One lady lacked the hospitality needed and was quite confusing during check-in.

My stay at the Aha Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel had its highlights and some drawbacks. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of District 1, providing easy access to local markets and eateries. However, the condition of the rooms left something to be desired, with issues like peeling paint and mould in the bathrooms not meeting expectations. The breakfast was average at best, but I did enjoy the strong Vietnamese coffee.

I had a pleasant stay at Aha Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel, with its cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of District 1, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, the rooms could use some attention as some aspects felt a bit dated, and the breakfast was just okay. Overall, it was a good value for the price I paid.

The room was cozy, but it showed signs of age and needed some updates. The bathroom was notably large, but there was mold present that detracted from my overall experience.

I stayed at Aha Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel for a couple of nights. While the location is superb as it's nestled in a quiet alley in the heart of District 1, I did find some aspects lacking, like the breakfast quality and cleanliness in certain areas 🏨. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, really making an effort to enhance my experience ☕.

5.4/10

I had a mixed experience at Aha Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel. The location was perfect, being close to markets and cafes, yet the staff service was inconsistent, especially at check-in. The room quality varied greatly, some being clean and comfortable, while others left a lot to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
I found the room to be quite small, which made it difficult to manage luggage. The room was clean, but it was windowless, and the furniture seemed old and needed attention. However, I appreciated that it had a good-sized TV for relaxing after a long day.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. While I encountered the friendly staff who helped with my luggage, there were also receptionists who seemed confused and were not very accommodating. The positive interactions, like with the attentive male staff member who assisted me with a Grab ride, made a difference.

The hotel's location was definitely a highlight. It was tucked away in a small alley, which made it quieter, yet it was just a short walk to local attractions, cafes, and the bustling night market. I enjoyed the proximity to many food options.
Dining
6.0
I found the dining options to be somewhat limited, being more catered to Vietnamese tastes. While I enjoyed a few dishes like fried rice, the choices for Western palates were lacking, but I appreciated the effort.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate for my needs. They offered essentials like housekeeping and laundry services, though the overall upkeep seemed to lag behind what I expected for a boutique hotel.
